42.   The Executive Committee shall elect a Board of Controllers comprised of three members, at least two of whom shall be Israeli. The members shall themselves elect a chairman.

43.   The Board of Controllers is autonomous and is bound only by the rules of ethics, law and IMA and IMA-WF regulations. The Board of Controllers shall be accountable to the World Assembly and its members shall not serve on any other IMA-WF institution.

44.   The Board of Controllers is an auditing body that shall oversee activities of IMA-WF committees and institutions, the decision-making process and implementation of IMA-WF decisions. 

45.  The Board of Controllers shall submit an annual report to the Executive Committee and a report to the World Assembly every 4 years.
