The World Health Organization (WHO) has a plan to eliminate cervical cancer by 2030. However, the plan does not include vulvar, anal, and oropharyngeal cancers, which can be treated similarly. In order to prevent an increase in these three types of cancer, the WHO will have to expand its initiative to include them as well in its elimination plan.
