According to the Physicians' Regulations, the Validity date of the specialist degree will be the date on which the physician completes all fellowship obligations or the date of the request submission to the Scientific Council, whichever is later.

**It is important to note that a physician who completed their fellowship outside Israel and is required to complete a period of specialization in Israel, even if brief, will be treated as a trainee for all purposes and must open a training record if the required period exceeds six months.
