Similar to the previous Section, we maintain that it is inconceivable that the President of the Center will have less authority than that of the Director General. Therefore the following should be added to sub-section (A): “In order to perform their duties the Director General of the Ministry of Health, the President of the Transplant Center, the Director General of the Transplant Center and a member of the steering committee will be entitled to…”. Sub-section (B) should read: “the authorized medical center director and his employees will collaborate with the Director General of the Ministry of Health, the President of the National Transplant Center, the Director General of the National Transplant Center and a member of the steering committee…”

This wording honors the status of the President of the National Transplant Center.
