מומלץ להימנע משימוש בתרופות אנלגטיות לא-סטרואידליות (NSAID) במטופלים עם יתר לחץ דם ו/או אי ספיקת כליות
 

תרופות ממשפחה זו עלולות לגרום לאגירת נוזלים, הפרעה למשק המלחים והחמרה של יתר לחץ דם, אי ספיקת לב ואי ספיקת כליות.
