22.  Membership in the IMA-WF shall terminate upon one of the following events:

a.  Death of the member

b.  Written notice by the member of termination of membership. In the case of an individual member, such notice shall be sent to the Israeli office of the IMA-WF. In the case of a chapter member, such notice shall be sent to the chapter, which shall notify the Israeli office. Termination of membership will take effect upon receipt of the notice by the Israeli office or by the chapter, as the case may be.

c.  Termination of the member's professional license.

d.  In the case of a chapter member, termination by the chapter of such individual's membership. In such a case, the member may submit an application directly to the Israeli office of the IMA-WF for consideration.
